Why Attend?

Everyone should think about a Will, and about Healthcare Powers of Attorney and Durable Powers of Attorney.  These documents help your loved ones in looking after your affairs when you are disabled or deceased.

Even people with small estates find that a Trust can simplify something that they want to do, and it can resolve disputes.  A Trust provides management for your property if you are incapacitated, or when your heirs are too young to manage their inheritance well, or when a number of people are going to inherit a single asset.  Assets in a Trust can also be protected from your personal liabilities or creditors.

These seminars will give you information and ideas to think about, in a relaxed and low-cost manner.  If you want to encourage a parent or loved one to do some of this estate planning, a seminar will give you or them an easy place to begin!
