Retirement

Having practiced law in New Hampshire since the early 1980's, it's finally time for retirement. Although I will continue to work on a number of projects that are close to my heart, my regular law practice is now closed, and I am no longer accepting any new clients or cases as of July 2025.

My office can give you suggestions of attorneys to handle various kinds of cases. For estate planning and real estate, I particularly recommend Attorney Crystal Eastman-Varney. She is a solo practitioner in Ossipee, and reminds me of my younger self.  You can email Crystal at crystaleastmanlaw@gmail.com

For prior clients

The originals of your documents were given to you when you signed them, but if you need copies we can email (or mail) them to you, or to another attorney that you may work with. (Copies of your Powers of Attorney and your trusts are valid for many purposes, if you can't find the originals.) Also, your deeds, and often your trusts, are recorded at the Carroll County Registry of Deeds, which is the official version, so you do not need a copy of your deed to sell your real estate.  If you need other information from your file, please call the office and we will be glad to assist.

So long. And Thanks for All the Fish!

(As they say in Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy.)
