RetirementHaving practiced law in New Hampshire since the early 1980's, it's finally time for retirement. Although I will continue to work on a number of projects that are close to my heart, my regular law practice is now closed, and I am no longer accepting any new clients or cases as of July 2025. (Copies of your Powers of Attorney and your trusts are valid for many purposes, if you can't find the originals.) Also, your deeds, and often your trusts, are recorded at the Carroll County Registry of Deeds, which is the official version, so you do not need a copy of your deed to sell your real estate.
